“Antyne (pronounced Antoine) is Absolutely Amazing!!! The first time I met him was under sad circumstances as I was searching for a suit to wear to a funeral. He was kind, compassionate, expressed his condolences and helped me find the right size. Also, he answered my associated questions. Several months later, he helped me pick out some outfits that I would never have chosen but helped me see myself in a new light - so refreshing!!!”
“I had an amazing experience at this Under Armour. I needed help looking for my size in shoes and apparel and Leah Brown was able to help assist me as well as my friend. She was patient and super friendly. She went above and beyond to help my friend and I which I so appreciated her service because that is very hard to come around nowadays in retail.Dori Lyons was very friendly and helpful when I was making my purchases. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable. She has great customer service skills.Overall, I will def be coming back to this location.”
“It’s gotten way more expensive then like 2020 and stuff like a jacket is 29 dollars plus taxes it’s ends up at about like 31 dollars if you have a higher budget you can come here if you have a low budget don’t bother even looking. Staff is friendly but old navy is super pricey now just a warning if you have a low budget.”
“I had a great experience at J.Crew Factory in Clarksburg today. Almeta and Kwesi were very attentive when I was in the store, helping me with some questions about some clothing. They were friendly and checked to see if I needed anything. And later, Almeta helped me fix the price on something I bought. She was so helpful, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me resolve the issue, all while being so patient and kind! Good customer service does not go unnoticed!! Thank you!”

“great store and a wonderful environment. i walked into this store not knowing a lick of fashion and instantly these two workers i believe nelly and henry instantly greeted me making me feel so welcomed. they seemed like cool and hippy people and were lowkey eye candy. they offered me advice and tips on what would look good for my body type and transformed me into the fashion machine i am today. wonderful place and would come again”

“Josh and Paula at this Brooks Brothers location were absolutely exceptional. We came in to find suits for my husband, and they handled everything with a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us track down his exact sizes, even checking online for pieces that weren’t available in-store.
They took their time with us and were incredibly thorough, helping us find additional pants in the clearance section that mixed and matched perfectly with the suit jackets we chose. Their service was outstanding, and we left extremely happy with our experience. We highly recommend this location.”
“Our favorite place to shop in the area! They have good selections, decent number of premium brands (Theory, All saints, Vince, Saks off 5th) as well as your standard CK, Adidas and Nike stores. They also have a couple cosmetic stores and I go there to get basic skin care for cheaper. Overall, not the best premium outlet I've been to but would say best option in the area. One downside is their foodcourt selection - wish they had better options than what's currently available. Hoping they improve!”

“Nice people, very helpful, decent selection, worth checking out. I was hesitant because some of the more recent reviews indicated the opposite, it sounded terrible lol. I’m going to have to assume these customers were actually stealing or just in the wrong and being spiteful by leaving a bad review. I even returned a pair of jeans the next day and the money was charged back to me quite easily, no questions. You can see on the receipt the return reason is “changed mind”, so very simple. Tags were still on and I had my receipt.
I’m including pictures with receipt to help show this is a real review. Also including the return receipt I got for the jeans I returned.”
