“This store is absolutely, utterly, genuinely, disgusting, grotesque, an abomination to the name Safeway. It’s dirty bathrooms, dirty floor, shelves are sloppy, there is never full stacked shelves, the service is poor, and team has too many flaws. This store needs to be shut down. It’s terrible. So I am giving this store NO STARS. It’s below poor, matter of fact it’s not on a chart. The five stars I selected is because of one amazing above average worker. Her name is Keyna. She is absolutely amazing, thoughtful. Caring, speedy, will go out her way to give all the customer service needed. We the people of Brandywine Maryland, and I speak for 3,537 people in the city to have Keyna promoted to store manager. This must happen right away and this store needs saving now..I am putting a request in today to make sure this happens. When a person of this caliber is working under these dire conditions, she must be raised quickly before the stench of this store gets to her. Thank you Keyna for all your hard work”

“I love this store! It’s clean and friendly. Beautiful produce and meats and so reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the Italian sliced panini bread molds very quickly. I bought some yesterday and it looked fine or I totally missed it but it’s got mold on it. This is the third time so I don’t recommend buying it. Other than that, no complaints!”
