I cannot say enough, nice things about them! I was going to leave AT&T after having the worst experience of my life at the AT&T in Waldorf Maryland on Crane Highway! I came in the AT&T and Waldorf Maryland on Crane Highway. Purchased a phone had to come back the next day to have the installation and was verbally assaulted by one of the representative after Hee told me he couldn’t help me. He asked me what else you want me to do I already told you I can’t help you. Furthermore, the manager was there while he screamed at me then had to push him into the back room because he wanted to be physical I left called 611 had them on the phone. The manager refused to give the 611 people at AT&T the associates name then she told me go for you guys were arguing…. So unprofessional, I came back the next day to have my phone program not only did they tell me they couldn’t do it. They gave me a one sheet form and told me to go home and do it myself which I tried and when I couldn’t I went to Brandywine and in 20 minutes not only did they programmed my phone they gave me all the information I needed and was very friendly about it. This is the type of service that you want. I will forever be grateful to the staff at AT&T of Brandy one!!! I will never ever go to the Waldorf store again! How can you treat somebody bad when they’re spending their money?”
