“Kiya was great! I drove all the way from Massachusetts to buy a car that has been in this storage location for 4 years. It was pouring rain and the storage unit owners lock was frozen. “My experience with the Public Storage team in Clinton, MD was excellent from Nichele calling me 1st thing in the morning after I'd reserved a space the night before, to me arriving and being shown the options that I was interested in by her. The facility was clean & well-lit. The other customer service team members Fred & Carmen were super friendly and helpful also. They all made it seamless for me getting a storage space. The next day I got a call, from said staff, notifying me my vehicle was gone. Customer CARE like that is hard to find these days.Thank you.”

“This place seems kinda old. Doors don’t open super smoothly but the staff is nice and the price is good. One major concern is that every time I go (day time or afterdark) the gate is open upon arrival, the entire time I’m there and still open after I leave. This does not provide any feeling of security for my personal safety or that of my property. If this issue continues, it will be in my best interest and safety to find another facility.”

“The exit door is always broken. I’ve rented from this Cube Smart Store before, and often found the exit door not functional.Today, a lot of customers were moving in and out with really big trucks. The exit door not operating properly caused safety issues!March 1, 2024 I was very happy to see Jeffrey at the storage facility today. He explained the reason for the exit door not working. I’m sure he’s on top of the problem!”
