“English Auto repaired what no other Auto shop could!
We have a 2006 Jaguar S-Type with A/C issues that was mis-diagnosed by multiple service centers, including a local Jaguar service center. We were also missing door trim that no other service center had the ability to order and replace. English Auto came through for us on all counts! It took several months to receive bad news from those other service centers but, it only took English Auto a few days to fix all of our issues! Not only does English Auto provide outstanding service they also provide outstanding pricing. Thank you, English Auto!”

I've had other shops in the city refuse to work on my Fiat or do half-hearted work and hit a wall when it comes to ordering parts, but Olympic Auto was happy to work on my car and did quality work. They were professional, honest, and had great customer service. “I was so impressed with Nealey Tire & Auto Repair.
The first reason was because when I called Kenny got me in on the same day.
But Sam, really made my day by getting the car checked from bumper to bumper.
See I had to get my Mercedes Benz a new battery and get the computer reset.
Nealey's was able to do it cheaper than a Mercedes Benz dealership would have charged me.
Plus Sam kept in contact with me all day today.
See they had to check my alternator to see if that was the problem.
I'm sure another shop would have charged me for an alternator.
But NOT SAM.
HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ALTERNATOR BEING IN GOOD SHAPE.
SO IT TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS TO GET MY CAR BACK, WHICH REALLY MADE ME HAPPY!!!
IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY CAR TOWED UP THERE UNTIL AFTER 3PM.
AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:30.

There's a reason why Dan and David are heavily praised throughout all of the reviews here. They are the soul of the place and do a fantastic job communicating and facilitating needs. In my experience Apple Auto's mechanics are fantastic and do not cut corners. Those guys are the backbone of this place. My car is a Toyota SUV that is over 20 years old. I do my best to stay ahead of things and take care of the mechanics of my car. I love my car. Apple Auto does quality work without ever blindly telling me to do something that is unnecessary. They take time to talk to me concerning repairs that are appropriate at that time and how to be patient and save money when something is not necessary. Lastly, great small businesses start at the top, BJ who owns Apple Auto is a pleasure to do business with. He is highly accessible if he's needed and he treats customers with respect.
