“I was worried because a package that I sent had not arrived to its destination as expected. I also did not have the tracking number. The person at this post office couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I always receive great service here. And the good news is the package arrived later that day.”

“Had a great experience! Dion was awesome. I was trying to get a passport for my 17 yr old son and was met with a rude and entitled USPS customer service agent a few mile(s) away. Needed to make copies and the town nearby was very rural with no copying service in sight. I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy. Thank you for great service and hopefully a supervisor can see this and give you your well deserved merits. KUDOS.”

100 Centennial Street, La Plata MD 20646
“Apparently now all mail is delivered by Waldorf PO. LaPlata PO only has 1 clerk working at a time and the line can get long. I heard rumors of it closing soon. I cannot image with all the business it still gets.”
