“Myself and my hubby went to Mattress and More Liquidators, Burtonsville. OMG! We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Jack who assisted us in purchasing our mattresses. He was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he guide us in choosing the right mattresses, but he also assisted with ordering the beds to go with them. Mr. Jack went above and beyond by making sure everything was delivered on time and properly assembled. He even made sure we received mattress covers for each mattress, which was a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We will highly recommend visiting Mr. Jack if you’re looking for quality products and exceptional support. We will definitely patronize him again.”

“Great Salesman, took time showing many options and explaining everything. We only went in to look for a mattress and left with an adjustable frame at a good price with a Mattress.”

“This experience was exactly how buying a mattress should be. 1) get greeted by the associate (Ian was great). 2) Associate listens to what you need and shows three options. 3) you pick the mattress and proceed to checkout. 4) every item you need is double checked with you before you leave the store. I was in the store for less than 20 minutes and was never pressured on up sells, but was simply asked if we were interested in any of the extras, which we did take the mattress protector. Well done!”

“My partner and I had been on quite the mattress journey. We first bought one online that ended up being way too soft and hurting our backs, and then a family member kindly gave us their guest room mattress, but that wasn’t quite right either. We were definitely having a Goldilocks moment trying to find something that felt just right. Tamsir at Mattress Firm White Oak was such a huge help. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the process. We tried several mattresses, asked a lot of questions, and never felt rushed or pressured. Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but he made it easy. We’re hopeful we’ve finally found the right one. Thank you, Tasmir!”

“Purchased a sofa set from Haverty’s and I’m very happy with it. The salesperson, Chris was patient and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He helped us to pick a style that fit our space and explained the options clearly. Delivery was on time and the crew was professional. They set up the sofa, removed the packaging, and made sure everything looked right before leaving. The sofa itself is comfortable, well built, and exactly like it looked in the showroom. Good quality for the price. I would buy from Haverty’s again and recommend them to anyone furnishing their home.”

First time there and purchased a nice queen size solid wood bed, mattress and box spring which included delivery and set up all for a very reasonable price. My son loves his bed!!!! Thank you Laurel furniture. I had been everywhere trying to find a nice sturdy bed. I'm going back for a living room set next. This will be my to go place for furniture.”

“I purchased a dining set on installment, which the store processed without any complicated paperwork. That part was convenient. The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”

“Great IKEA location. This is perfect for students. They have everything you need to get started! They have the lower end of items and their higher level items with more creative designs. Those come at a cost, though. My cousin was surprised at how much some of the tables were because he thought ikea was cheap. However, he was looking at one of the new, high-end options. We got what we needed (a rug, entry mat, and a few kitchen items). Everyone at the store was helpful.”
