“Thank you, Donna, for providing the information that I needed to assure that my shipment would be trackable and reach the recipient. This location is so convenient--right in the parking lot--that I came back the following week to bring flowers. I hope that the owner will provide a fan and seating for customers as it is hot with the windows closed. TIP: Use the DHL website to check if there is an outlet near the destination website. A customer came in while I was there and we were all trying to help him find a shippable destination in Haiti. I learned that shipping is like a puzzle and has several pieces that need to fit together.”

“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“Amazon returns ? are now directly at the entrance to the left. Not at printing. You will need to wait in a line while the cashier helps the staples customers first. The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”

This place does a little bit of everything—sends and receives mail/packages, sells office supplies, notarizes, and even cuts keys! “Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere.
