“Amazon returns ? are now directly at the entrance to the left. Not at printing. You will need to wait in a line while the cashier helps the staples customers first. The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”

“Located in the Montpelier Shopping Center with a several restaurants and other businesses. I've been in this shopping center so many times and never noticed this UPS store was here all along. I had a package to return. Service was super quick. The employee was friendly. The store was clean. I would come back to this location again if I'm nearby!”

This place does a little bit of everything—sends and receives mail/packages, sells office supplies, notarizes, and even cuts keys! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”
