“Moving is never a stress-free experience, so we weren’t completely surprised when a couple of complications arose while having some of our belongings moved into temporary storage at ExtraSpace on U Street. But the staff of Tiffany, Melodie and Darnell were true professionals – friendly and pleasant to deal with – and easily resolved the hiccups. Most importantly, we were treated with fairness – with no hidden surprises or surcharges. (At least that’s true as of this time – we’ll update the review if that changes at any point.) Based on our experience, we’re now fans, we’re enjoying our “Extra Space”, and we can strongly recommend their U Street location!”

“My experience was great. The young lady who works there (I apologize for not remembering her name) was so pleasant and personable. She took the time to answer my questions and look up the rates at different locations so that I could make an informed decision. She also let check the sizes on a few different spaces. It was above and beyond customer service! I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!!

Charles, Dominic, and Adrian were the utmost professionals, focused on moving my furniture and other household items with caution, and to ensure that everything was well protected.
