“Elizabeth was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our experience with her. She turned a mundane appointment into an enjoyable experience. I loved her peaceful and calm energy. She was super helpful with opening up a virtual wallet for my husband and opening up a CD for some of my savings. She even called a couple days later to check up on us. Unfortunately I missed the call, but really appreciated the thoughtfulness. I would recommend this PNC branch with Elizabeth.”
