I will be returning to see Thomas to open accounts for my kids as well(I accidently called him Thompson, and now that is what I call him. Very nice personable guy). “Safe since a Security Officer is on site. The banking institution is very good. Tellers are polite and helpful. The only drawback is I would not use the ATM after closing. The neighborhood is not too safe.”

“Opened a business account at the Merritt blvd branch. Called dsy before and spoke to Bryan. He suggested to come in the following day at 2pm. I got there at 157pm, was greeted at the door and at 2pm sitting in his office. He was very professional and set up everything as quick as possible. We discussed type of accounts and there was no upsale push at all. I appreciated the excellant customer service.”

“An older man was yelling at one of the workers today about there only being one teller taking customers. The employee handled the situation professionally and kept a very level tone and provided a few options. The man was still unhappy and continued to take his frustrations out on the employee.
The staff at the bank were all nice. They could probably use more staff as there was a long line forming, but the staff they do have seem helpful”
