“I’ve been visiting the branch for about a year since I relocated to this area and I’ve had mostly positive experiences each time.I typically use the drive up atm each week but I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing their wonderful costumer service twice inside the branch this last month. Their security guard was pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful. He hands out deposit/withdrawal slips and even let me use his pen. He sets the tone for a positive visit there, if you don’t mind chatting with him while you wait in line.The teller I met during my first (indoor) visit last week was friendly and helpful as well. He helped me quickly get a new card after the one I received in the mail wouldn’t allow me to activate it.The branch manager helped me today, with kindness and patience, when I couldn’t remember how to fill out the bank deposit slip lol (millennials I know). I didn’t feel rushed or anything like I have at other PNC branches in Baltimore County.I left feeling valued and satisfied with both transactions. I don’t know if something has changed at this branch recently but it appears to be very well managed, contrary to the previous reviews. I was in an out both times, with a short line, in less than 10 minutes. I’m going to go inside for assistance more often now.”
