“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”
“I walked in not having the best day. dealing with a newly broken phone, as a business owner who relies heavily on my device(s) to do so, it was urgent to get a replacement. From the moment I walked in I was taken care of, very special thanks to Ms. Stephanie and her direct Management for making sure my needs were met. “Update Today May 13th another great encounter at the Pikesville location with Schneider very kind and helpful. Great demeaner........ I purchased a new phone as November/December 2024 as a result of what seemed to be corruption of my then existing phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Usman. He is knowledgeable polite patient thorough and professional. Usman took the time to make sure all of my data was transferred and even assisted with me getting the new phone connected to my car. After approximately 2 weeks the phone started getting extremely hot. I went to the store and unfortunately Usman was not there the two ladies were useless had no idea of what was going on and told me I could call Google. I take many photos and do lots of editing I'm a content creator as well as play games so I thought perhaps it was my usage. 2 to 3 weeks went by I go to the store again 2 more times same problem phone getting hot both times useless 3rd time guy looked at the phone and said it was my usage (same usage as on my previous phone that NEVER got hot) . I told him to note my account that again I came in and left the store. Same situation and phone really whacked out last night March 3 2025. I went to the store this morning and USMAN WAS THERE!!!! He ran diagnostics advised me of something I turned on that should be off gave some information about changes and he ran all my updates. As usual he is pleasant helpful knowledgeable patient and professional. If there is any recognition in place he deserves it. I will now only go in if he is there other than that I will go straight to headquarters I'm that kind of customer. I am sending an email to Verizon Headquarters as well to recognize and compliment Usman on his outstanding service. The only reason not 5 stars is because this is for the store”
“My daughter and I went in for a new phone for her. We had an appointment, which was confirmed that morning with a phone call from Lexi.
From the moment we walked in she was very warm,personable, and knowledgeable in the service she provided to us. I also went ahead and updated my phone as well. I found the entire staff helpful and professional.

“Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”
“Octavius was the most patient, courteous and knowledgeabpercy sales person. He helped me port my phone over from Cricket. This was an arduous process to say the least, but he kept me calm. This process took a few hours. I am so thankful for his care and assistance in this matter!”
“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”
“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”
