This was funny I came in the store to today on my android tablet that’s about four to five years old Tyrell and the District Manager very pleasant and explained my account and explained that it would be better for me to just upgrade and the droid tablet was too old nd I would be spending to much So in all Tyrell even waitress for me to return had to leave for Drs appointment he also made sure that my phone and iPad was all the way complete plus a good price for senior I’m very pleased with the service and Tyrell he’s going place nd his coworker that was here with working today……..”

“I walked out of the Verizon Corporate store, ready, as usual, to drop Verizon. I came to this store and was immediately greeted by one of the two employees. He welcomed me, and told me how many people were ahead of me. I only needed to by a new Sim card to replace the one from my broken phone. The two guys were helping others, and one of the groups being helped was this old guy and his medical aide. He had completely messed up his phone. The patience the Verizon guy showed with him was amazing. He worked with him to get the phone fixed without losing any data.
The other worker, when he got to me, was able to do what the Verizon call center was not. He got my phone up and running. They were both friendly and did try to upsell me a new phone, but once he realized that wasn't happening, he did not push.
I could have gotten a new Sim card for free at the corporate store, but I would have left stressed and pissed. Here, with these guys, I will actually come back. I typically prefer to buy online and not have to deal with the physical stores. You all know what I mean. But I WILL come back here when I am ready to buy. Unfortunately, because of all the recent thefts, they don't display any of the phones for purchase, so walking in is a bit dreary. Nothing on the walls to play with. Beyond that, this store has amazing employees, and management obviously treats them well, because they treat the customer like people!!!
If you MUST go to a Verizon store in person, skip the corporate stores. It IS worth the extra drive.”
“I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!”
“This is by far the best Verizon store in the area! I’ve had quite a few visits for new phones, help with phones, etc. and they have been friendly and helpful each time. I was just in yesterday to replace a phone, upgrade a phone, and switch our account from a consumer line to a business line and Lexi was incredible throughout the process, even when we encountered a few hiccups with the system. Changing our account from consumer to business was quite the time consuming task but Lexi was extremely patient and explained the process thoroughly.”

“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

“I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.”

“I can see that Kendall Biak gets plenty of good reviews. Totally justified. After the first visit I am reassured that for any repair / accessories needs it is the first place to go. Kendall knew within seconds which kind of protective case I need and installed it within minutes. She recommended the item which works great and suits my needs. Let me add that my phone is my work tool + I am doing a lot travelling so the protective cover has to be reliable. This small store has a lot of choice of other items, like for example phone attachment for vehicle. I was purchasing before protective cases and other accessories on internet - not anymore. They may be cheaper, but you do not know exactly what you are getting + installing protective screen was not easy. It needs expertise and experience what Kendall displays. Kendall should be the coach for other cellular stores. Please relate this to Kendall - You are great . Thank you - Margaret H.”
“Was very pleased with this shop. The person who works the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the on/off button had fallen off my Samsung S10+ phone. He didn't have any in stock (he checked) and quickly ordered 1 for me. Once it arrived, he called me to let me know. When I arrived, he promptly fixed my phone 📱 and phone 📱 case.
The shop doesn't look very impressive and has limited parking (I would guess no more than 6 spaces) BUT, they do good work 👍 👏 at reasonable prices. I'd recommend them if you live in the Glen Burnie area.”
