We’ve been taking both our dogs ( ages 14 &13) here for almost a decade. Groomer Caroline does an AWESOME job ( few groomers know how to work with aging pets and she does!).
We find all staff ( grooming and the main store) to be knowledgeable and very polite. Easy parking. Win-win!”
“They also have a location in Mt. Washington where you will meet the most knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was in there today talking about my pup who had jaw surgery and is now an incredibly sloppy eater. They had so many great suggestions on how I could best make her meatballs (lol) and, more importantly, were so compassionate about our "new normal," sharing their stories about their own dogs trials and tribulations. I am a lifelong fan and patron now and highly recommend Howl. This is what small business is all about.”

The person who administered Prince Ezekiel’s shots explained to me what the shots were for and why he needed them and even provided a list of places I could go to have my dog Ezekiel neutered.”

“Nice selection of cat treats. I always prefer to try a single serve of a new treat or food before ordering in larger quantity, especially as my older cats tend to be (even more) finicky. Staff are pleasant, and there's a generous return policy for trying new foods. I also have a soft spot for this location because their co-located adoption center is where my girls came from. Always take a look to see what kitties are awaiting their forever homes, you may come away smitten.”
“I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .”

“LIDL is like ALDI in that it's a small supermarket and won't come close to having everything a large supermarket would. Like ALDI, it carries some German food items, gets 1 off special buys and has a small produce section. Unlike ALDI, this one has its own bakery (fresh bread, croissants), it has a rewards program, you don't need a quarter to get a shopping cart and it comes out with its flyer every Friday (ALDI's comes out on Wednesdays). The staff are courteous and, it has plenty of parking. Overall, like ALDI, it's a really nice small supermarket.”

“This PetSmart has always been so reliable—much more so than other locations, especially compared to the one in Catonsville. My husband and I visited today, and right away we noticed how clean and organized everything was. The staff greeted us warmly, and we could tell it’s a popular location among pet owners based on how many were coming and going.
We came in to pick up Dubia roaches for our leopard gecko, but an associate taking inventory took the time to help us out. She was incredibly knowledgeable and let us know that our juvenile gecko might not do well with the hard shells of the roaches. She suggested sticking with crickets and mealworms instead—and even helped us bag the crickets! Her friendliness and expertise really stood out and definitely secured this PetSmart as our go-to location moving forward.
Overall, the store is clean, well-stocked, and full of helpful staff. Highly recommend this location!”

“I've had nothing but a solid experience from this guy every time I walk in!Frequent buyer of LIVE feeder fish, a lot of times big name per stores or someone not as professional will sell weak or diseased feeders that absolutely get quality pets sick. Not only are these feeders lively,(which gets my pets excited to eat), the owner frequently gives way more than what is necessary for what I spent.Likewise, this is one of the few places I can get HEALTHY LIVE mice for a ridiculous bargain. My reptiles love it.Well placed location off Windsor and super easy to get to. Easy payments through cash app and never have any issues with his stock causing any health issues with my animals.He also has Koi for sale and I'm excited to give those a buy.10/10 probably would be the only location I shop at if his selection was a bit larger as far as arachnids and reptiles, because I know they'd be well taken care of.Thank you!”

“My 1 year old Yorkie Poo was groomed on yesterday at this location. It was his first time there. I was so nervous. The young lady that checked me in was so welcoming and pleasant. She took her time with my pup because he was very anxious. I felt very comfortable leaving him. When I picked him up up, the young lady that groomed him explained everything that was done and made sure that I was satisfied. He looked great!
10 out of 10, I definitely would recommend them. My pup has a news groomer and I can’t say enough about the customer service.”
