Gail and her team took her in and she apparently didn’t even make a peep while she got a bath and nail trim. We have found our new groomer & are so grateful to have found them!”
“Stopped in for the first time to buy some dog food that I don’t see at Pet Smart, which is close by. They have a large variety of food and treats for your fur family members. Of course, they don’t carry everything but they surprisingly carried freeze-dried raw foods that I can’t get through Chewy. This is a 15 minute drive vs the 30 mins to Annapolis. The staff was very nice and friendly. I’ll be back for future purchases.”

“I love going to Petco! It’s near my house, I can always park right out front, I know where all of the things I need are, and there are lots of sales to choose from. I never seem to be in a queue at the store, and when I check out, the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. Mimzy, apparently, approves every time I come home from there!”

“This may seem odd as a representative of K-9 Kraving that I am leaving a review, HOWEVER, I too, am a customer of K-9 Kraving. Currently, I have 3 furr-kids, all rescues, varying breeds, all different ages. Since joining my pack, they have all been fed K-9 Kraving diets. Abbey is the matriarch of our pack. A 14yo Jack-ChiChi mix. For the most part, Abbey has been an easy keeper over the years; trimming her nails and weight management were our greatest challenges until about 1.5 years ago. Out of nowhere, about every 4 months, Abbey's ears and paws would become infected, and transferring to her mouth from licking/scratching. Each visit & pharma treatment at the DVM was leaving me with a $180 - $200 bill. But more frustrating than the cost was not knowing the WHY it was a reoccurring challenge. Chicken, Beef & Veg (or) Chicken & Veg w/ Mackerel were the standards in our house with only K-9 Kraving dried treats for foraging snacks. One day, as I was creating technical posts for our FB page, I personally focused on the benefits of one of our most under-appreciated diets, Rabbit, Duck & Vegetable. This diet has ant-inflammatory qualities and is also low in cholesterol, excellent for senior canines.....DING, DING, DING!!! For Abbey, I made the connection that older dogs have different needs... We made the switch in January 2023. FFW to today, Abbey is the leanest she has ever been, inflammation & infection free for over 4 months (WOO-HOO) and more active than ever! She is actually playing with toys. I couldn't be happier with the difference the RDV diet has made for her. In Abbey's case, the inflammation was triggering licking and scratching, ultimately resulting in infection. With RDV diet those triggers have been neutralized. “Nice selection of cat treats. I always prefer to try a single serve of a new treat or food before ordering in larger quantity, especially as my older cats tend to be (even more) finicky. Staff are pleasant, and there's a generous return policy for trying new foods. I also have a soft spot for this location because their co-located adoption center is where my girls came from. Always take a look to see what kitties are awaiting their forever homes, you may come away smitten.”
“I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I called and spoke with employee who gathered supplies for me, so all I had to do was run in, pay for supplies and leave. It was a big help, and I appreciated it very much.”
“My 1 year old Yorkie Poo was groomed on yesterday at this location. It was his first time there. I was so nervous. The young lady that checked me in was so welcoming and pleasant. She took her time with my pup because he was very anxious. I felt very comfortable leaving him. When I picked him up up, the young lady that groomed him explained everything that was done and made sure that I was satisfied. He looked great!

“I've had nothing but a solid experience from this guy every time I walk in!Frequent buyer of LIVE feeder fish, a lot of times big name per stores or someone not as professional will sell weak or diseased feeders that absolutely get quality pets sick. Not only are these feeders lively,(which gets my pets excited to eat), the owner frequently gives way more than what is necessary for what I spent.Likewise, this is one of the few places I can get HEALTHY LIVE mice for a ridiculous bargain. My reptiles love it.Well placed location off Windsor and super easy to get to. Easy payments through cash app and never have any issues with his stock causing any health issues with my animals.He also has Koi for sale and I'm excited to give those a buy.10/10 probably would be the only location I shop at if his selection was a bit larger as far as arachnids and reptiles, because I know they'd be well taken care of.Thank you!”

“I like going to this Petco. It’s close to home and I can usually get what I need. This last visit though was disappointing in the wet cat food department. I was looking for the Friskies shreds and there were only a couple cans on the shelves. So I looked for the Whole Hearted minced and it was a very limited selection. I bought one can and normally would’ve bought six out seven.”
