Helped me find what soup I wanted and then immediately took me to the fast lane and checked me out, I really appreciated it since it was a rough day and thought I would come on here to say thank you.”

“i shop every 2 weeks at the acme at academy plaza . i had a very bad experience with the deli department due to the lady that worked there. was very rude and actually slammed my lunch meat on the counter. i was so upset when i left i called corporate on this matter. then i got a phone call from acme (the manager named james). he wanted to hear what happened and i explained everything to him. so he apologized for what had happened and also gave me a $25.00 gift card to use at my next visit. that's what i call a really cool manager that he looked into the matter and asked me to please come back. so i did but will not buy lunch meat there until that lady leaves. james you the best of the best. thank you jo jo”
