“i shop every 2 weeks at the acme at academy plaza . i had a very bad experience with the deli department due to the lady that worked there. was very rude and actually slammed my lunch meat on the counter. i was so upset when i left i called corporate on this matter. then i got a phone call from acme (the manager named james). he wanted to hear what happened and i explained everything to him. so he apologized for what had happened and also gave me a $25.00 gift card to use at my next visit. that's what i call a really cool manager that he looked into the matter and asked me to please come back. so i did but will not buy lunch meat there until that lady leaves. james you the best of the best. thank you jo jo”
“I shop at all food lion stores in the Delmarva area, Centreville is the only store that charges for bags, if they even give you one. All others, including Delaware, who are plastic free have their cashiers set up bags in on their counters so items can be bagged for customers, and don’t charge! Please stop punishing patrons for local government policies!”
