“I came into the store with an issue regarding my device and Tierra was able to figure it out and get me all squared away with no problem. She was very helpful and professional! I highly recommend her for your device needs.”

“Alex is awesome!! He is the most patient person I have met in a long time. He was able to assist the cutomers with ease. A man and his Mom came in, she had a mental disorder. Alex assisted her like she was his Mom. He reassured her along the way about the price and services. I was overcome by this thoughtfulness. I thank God for Alex, he went above and beyond with customer apprecation. What an awesome experience to be able to witness. Give Alex his own store!! Forever a Metro PCS customer!!”
