“Welp your pump didn’t work the other day and took my money and never put the money back on my card after using the card inside and your pump not working now I’m out $14 because your pump did not work and my money was never refunded.”
“I was very upset 😡 that my delivery order was moved until tomorrow and I desperately needed some of the items in the order. I called the store to confirm that despite it being a delivery order, I could pick it up myself. Danielle was so helpful and said it was ok to pick it up. Walgreens messed up the order, which caused additional confusion however Danielle and Bill were right there the save the night 🌙
They provided STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be recognized for going the extra mile for a customer in need!!!!!
