“I was very upset 😡 that my delivery order was moved until tomorrow and I desperately needed some of the items in the order. I called the store to confirm that despite it being a delivery order, I could pick it up myself. Danielle was so helpful and said it was ok to pick it up. Walgreens messed up the order, which caused additional confusion however Danielle and Bill were right there the save the night 🌙
They provided STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be recognized for going the extra mile for a customer in need!!!!!

“This location is chronically understaffed and overwhelmed. Pharm Tech, Buster, is ALWAYS kind, patient and troubleshoots my monthly medication battle. It holds up the line, it requires extra processing…but he always figures it out. I legitimately waited in a drive thru line for 20 minutes, crossing my fingers that I’d see him on the other side of the glass, after they were unable to resolve the issue yesterday.”
