βI have been using this service center for many years. The reason I always go back here again and again is that any car work from these people (Marcel and his team) are very genuine and never overcharge like some others. Their costs are always much less than others in Columbia. All the work done is perfect.β
βAK and the team were fantastic! They made my life easy as I had a few hoops to jump through to pass state inspection. I would highly recommend the team here and I've always had nothing but a pleasant experience every time I come to this station. They are my gas guys too! ;)β

βThe people there are so helpful. If they donβt have something you just request it and the next time they will have it. They always try to satisfy anyone that comes there local or just if your passing through. I had a problem with my tire, and the people in the shop are experts and they did more that I could ask for. They are really good people.β

βI love this RoFo. Iβm literally there at least once per day to grab coffee, snacks, etc. The staff are great, especially the manager, Nikki. Sheβs lovely to all of the customers, especially the regulars (of which there are many).β
βThey normally don't have too long of a wait. Somedays, they have pumps that are closed, but they normally run smoothly. I did have my bank tell me they put a hold of $100 on debit cards if you fill up with one.β

βThey're very good at repairing my car. In particular, Noor, the mechanic, is professional, friendly, and explains things so even I (admittedly a car idiot) can understand. From the few times I've used them so far, it appears that if you drop your car off to have it worked on, it takes longer to finish. I can't (yet) say for certain, but it may be that after you drop your car off, if someone else brings their car in and is willing to wait, they may get theirs back faster.β
βPro: big parking lot, clean environment, self serve lottery machine, lot of self check out machine, Con: always long line at customer service This store had a refresh on the inside a few years ago and still look new upon entering. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.β
βThese days, itβs hard to find kind people especially in services industry. This morning, Fletcher took care of my almost 90 year Dad with just a phone call for help. They stayed on the phone with me and made sure my Dad was ok and took him home in this humid weather. I appreciate their unbiased service and heartwarming gesture to help a stranger. Thank you, Will, Rick, and many others at Fletcher.β
βDobbin Center in Columbia, MD., is a busy shopping center that is usually always crowded. The parking lot stays full, and there are special sales and
bargains frequently. Panera Bread, Wendyβs, McDonaldβs, Starbucks are a few popular eating places there. Walmart and Ross are favorites in terms of bargains.β

βPrompt service and great prices. I had a car battery replaced last month, and an oil change more recently. The latter was half the price charged by a service center in Aspen Hill. They did both on the spot with no advance appointment.β
βStopped in after seeing this place while working. I had a few questions and was a little nervous about just walking in. However the lady in the office was sooooo nice. She answered all of my questions and I was able to go inside one of the homes that caught my eye. Don't remember your name but thanks again!β

Inside, the store is well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and essentials, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that the bathrooms are kept clean, which isnβt always the case at gas stations. Overall, a convenient and reliable stopβI definitely recommend itβ

βI have been going to the High's in Glenelg, MD for years. There is a competing Royal Farms on the opposite corner but I have always favored Highs. The employees they have working now are really good. The assistant manager (whom I assumed was the manager) tonight is a really solid guy. I always see him going the extra mile (taking out trash, cleaning coffee station). And he's not overly chatty nor mute, but he will answer your question politely. Well done Highs.β
