I enjoyed jogging every morning to the White House, the Capitol, and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby.
This is the best location for sightseeing in Washington.
It was a two-bedroom room, and one room had an independent bathroom and closet, so it was comfortable, and the other room had a wide bed and closet, so it was comfortable for four people to stay without being cramped.
The living room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking.
(However, the knife was not very sharp.)
I stayed for a week and enjoyed Washington to the fullest.
I will definitely use it the next time I visit.”
“I moved to Washington about 8 months ago for work — this was my first time living outside of Texas — and I was in a rush to find a place to live. I wasn’t able to tour the building before I moved in but the virtual tour of the floor plan impressed me enough to where I decided I’d live here. While I was extremely impressed by the virtual tour, it does not do the building or the units justice. This place is awesome. It’s got an amazing location in the trendy Navy Yard neighborhood, so plenty of entertainment within walking distance — also about a 15 minute walk to the Capitol and a 2 minute walk to the Navy Yard metro station, giving you easy access to the rest of the District and its surrounding areas. Common areas within the building are clean and tidy, and the unit is exceptional — I have so much space! Special shout out to the amazing staff here, especially the wonderful concierge team. I’ve rented many apartments in my life and I’ve never felt more at home than I do here. I plan to continue living at 909 New Jersey as long as I can.”

“I had a chance to do a site tour at 1210 Mass and was extremely delighted with this apartment community. The greenery around the building is extremely calm and the color tones of the building are extremely neutral and balanced. The old style complex with modern amenities and furnishings makes for a wonderful living option.
I was met with Faren for my tour and I was already exhausted from a long day of appointments. She made sure that I look at all the key places across the building including the potential unit. Thank you for the tour and your hospitality.”

“I recently moved into a studio apartment at 1500 Mass, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. I arrived after regular office hours, but the management team ensured my late check-in went without any issues. The apartment was spotless, well-prepared, and everything was in perfect working condition.
What truly stands out is the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Micayla, the leasing assistant, and Cassie Lamb, the property manager, have been incredibly helpful and supportive. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed within a few hours or a couple of days at most. Their commitment to resident satisfaction is truly commendable.
Beyond the excellent service, the location of 1500 Mass is unbeatable. It’s very affordable considering the central location in Washington, DC. Within walking distance, we have Whole Foods, Metro Center, and a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and essential services. Recently, a new bus stop was also added just outside the apartment complex, making public transportation even more accessible and convenient.
The community here feels safe and well-managed. The building is quiet, clean, and maintained regularly. I’ve really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the ease of living here.
If you’re looking for a centrally located, affordable, and well-managed apartment in DC with an attentive and professional management team, I highly recommend 1500 Mass. It’s been a fantastic place to call home.”
