All are exceptional people, because they put their customers first!!! I was referred to MRT AUTO CLINIC, by my Big Brother, who has his luxury car serviced here. On my first visit with MRT, my vehicle problem was determined from diagnostic report and by a physical assessment of my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SE, from the manager and the mechanic.
I had an Alternator, Map Sensor and an Air Filter Premium, removed and replaced.
Parts ordered and received to MRT.
Neel, called to tell me my parts had arrived to MRT, great. Took my SUV, to Neel, Thursday,March 28th. Arrived by 9:50am, Douglas, had another car in the shop, repairing. Before I knew it, he was finished and my Tiguan, was in the shop. My Tiguan, was finished, test drive complete, at 12:30, I was ready to leave. I couldn’t believe the time, I had prepared to be there for approximately 4 / 5 hours. SURPRISED , yes, I was. MRT, STAFF exceeded my expectations!! MRT, is now my GO TO REPAIR AUTO SHOP, thank you all, you deserve every accolade, because you’ve earned it, by working very hard for your customers!!!?”

The lady at the front desk greeted me with professionalism, patience & kindness. When my vehicle was ready she told me that I can leave the rental there & enterprise would pick it up. I like the smell of popcorn in the waiting area even though it was too early to be eating it lol. I met with Francisco. He diagnosed the damage & informed me that it would take about 2 weeks to repair. He followed up every few days via phone call & text regarding updates. Vehicle was actually ready in 12 days. He even followed up again a week after vehicle was already picked up. I can not say enough about this place, they go above & beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend. :-)”
