I’ve dealt with a lot of car rental companies over the years but never one that has been so professional or considerate as this one! I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and I will ONLY be using them for my rentals throughout the DMV from here on out! “The staff at the Enterprise Rent'A-Car on central Avenue were great. While they were extremely busy they greeted each customer that came in the door very professionally. They didnt have the car I had booked with the 800 Enterprise's phone number, but was able to get me something bigger and better for almost the same price. When I returned the car, they were kind enough to give me a ride back home. The staff there are very professional and great workers. My only complaint would be that they don't answer the phone during busy times and they may just need a dedicated person for that task.”

We've had an occasion when there was an issue with the notification bell in the car being stuck and they were prompt about getting another vehicle for us. Our most recent rental in March '24 was again, a pleasant experience and one of the staff gave my husband a ride back to our home when the car was turned in. There have never been long waits when we have come there to pick up our rental. I highly recommend them!”
