When I encountered staff who don't know what's in their store, if I find the product I find them and show them and tell them where it's located. most of the negative reviews I've read are due to poor management, training and oversight. The buck stops with the manager. Customer service staff are just bodies on duty.”

“We’ve been visiting this Lowe’s over the past few weeks because we’ve been working on a lot of projects. The service is 99% amazing—the staff throughout the store are always helpful—but the garden department staff are especially friendly and helpful. On Monday, we had to pick up some pine trees and pavers, and this guy in orange driving the forklift did an amazing job! It was pouring rain that day, but he didn’t hesitate to provide excellent service!”

The Department of State sent us a letter that her passport renewal application was received, but we completed the incorrect form and provided us with the correct form and instructions for next steps.
