“With all the negative reviews i was surprised to have a good experience. I visited this store on a Monday afternoon around 4pm and had quick service. I was greeted at the door and put on the wait list. My wait was roughly about 10 mins and once helped the rep had me in and out. I only came in to upgrade my internet router and i called customer service in advance so they had the router ready when i got there. I’m glad they open this location back up because it’s very convenient.”

The manager Mark greeted us the moment we walked in and was able to quickly get us set up with at home wifi. Once the plans had been decided and paperwork signed Mark introduced us to BenShekn M. Ans this young man was nothing short of amazing. The perfect mix of knowledge, friendliness and approchability. He helped us set up the box and made sure that it worked all while answering questions we had about other services but not making us feel forced into buying anything.
