“With all the negative reviews i was surprised to have a good experience. I visited this store on a Monday afternoon around 4pm and had quick service. I was greeted at the door and put on the wait list. My wait was roughly about 10 mins and once helped the rep had me in and out. I only came in to upgrade my internet router and i called customer service in advance so they had the router ready when i got there. I’m glad they open this location back up because it’s very convenient.”

“After having the worst day of my life with my new cell phone, which I purchased in Atlanta on Sunday, things took a frustrating turn the very next day Monday I flew out to Washington DC only to realize that none of my information had transferred to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. To make matters worse, it was a full workday on the Monday and none of my essential data was available. Thankfully, I have the foresight to bring my old phone just in case something like this happened.
After visiting four different hotels in one day, I finally found an Xfinity store in downtown. Washington DC where I met Micah. He was at the door reading everyone with more than professionalism. Micah truly made my entire month. He was the most gracious, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable person. I could have Hoped to assist me with this urgent matter.
