“This is another good location of PNC Bank. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help the moment you enter the branch. If the tellers are busy servicing a customer, someone always walks me over to their desk and take care of most of my banking needs. This branch (like other PNC branches) totally rocks!”
“I walked in during a weekday around lunchtime. The branch was fairly empty of customers. I made eye contact with and was immediately greeted by Fatima B. I explained to her my issue regarding a service fee, which she was kindly able to reverse after hearing me out. Fatima was friendly, professional, prompt, and helpful. She also educated me on the interest-bearing benefit that I already had on one of my accounts with PNC that I was not aware of. She explained how it worked and the pros of making use of the perk. I thanked her, she handed me a business card for any follow-up questions, and I departed. I definitely recommend this branch and the stellar staff member, Fatima, who not only resolved my issue satisfactorily and without being put off, she also went above and beyond by ensuring that I was fully aware of the benefits available to me. “Entertainment (Lamont Trio) was outstanding. Staff was pleasant. Lighting in restaurant dim we had to use phones to read menu. I ordered grill salmon with rice pilaf and ratatouille. My order came with out rice pilaf. I repeated my order to the waiter and was told they had no rice. We had also ordered before the meal sweet ice tea. Waiter did not tell us they did not serve sweet tea. After inquiring another waiter brought sugar in a small creamer pitcher. I'm giving the waiter the benefit of the doubt, he may have been new and did not know to offer a substitute or how beverages are served.
