“So, I’ve been here back to back days and dealt with Ms. Jarde. She took my call over the phone and was able to assist me with some questions even when I couldn’t give her specific answers. I came in and she got me rolling with getting some stuff mailed out in a timely fashion. No pressure. So I came in today with same thing (unintentional). I get that’s her job but she was friendly, gave me a couple of laughs and made the process that much easier. Some places lack customer service that can throw me off from doing business with them especially when I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years as well. Thank you Ms. Jarde once again.”

“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”

I was told by Andrew Collins in the morning that though he was short staffed, he would try and make it happen. And make it happen he did by the same afternoon, saving the day. I’ve been ordering banners from you guys for years and thanks to Andrew, you will continue to have my business. You should put a cape on him because he was super that day. I was truly impressed.”
