“The guy at the counter was great! I walked in, gave him my name and he found my reservation right away.
He asked if I was familiar with storage places. I told him I had used one years before, but not in a while. I told him I needed to see how big of a 5 x 5 location was to determine if that would be big enough. No one else was there, so he locked the front door and immediately took me upstairs to the location that I would have. We went back downstairs, signed paperwork, and everything is set.
The whole process took less than half an hour. It was quick, efficient, and addressed every question and issue I had.
I highly recommend this place!
6/17 - Just a small update. I went back on Saturday and put my lock on the unit. Again, it was quick, efficient and painless. Also, Carlos was the guy I have dealt with both times. He is a great guy.”
“I’m going thru a life changing situation … I needed to get some EXTRA HELP lol with my EXTRA SPACE STORAGE UNIT the staff was easy to get along with Mr.rob is always easy to deal with I no he will be there early or late he will be there to help … the previous manager had to leave that is life but I met Sarah I told her what was my situation she listened and she told me a plan that could help me and in the same sentence how to continue to be a part of this family… let’s get this correct there are lots of places you can store you valuables at even cheaper but are they as friendly, are they as clean do they care if you need real help from them other than pay your bill do you feel safe when your inside the storage facility off hours meaning do you trust that your stuff will be here the way you left it?????? Most importantly do you have visitors that visit yet they don’t pay to be here aka rodents etc this place the staff excellent great job guys SARAH & ROB”

“Moved from MD to NYC. Did some market research and ORLY provided the best price. Liz was incredibly communicative and offered flexible storage and delivery options for my small move. She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”
