“I love this garden. If you want to feel happy, get you a cup of coffee, early in the morning. Go visit and walk around. I spend so much money here with no regrets. I usually meet some of the best employees when I visit. Today, not so much. There was a young lady with glasses working behind the register. She seemed annoyed at my presence. As I was checking out, she complained about ME to her colleague as if I wasn’t there (rude). I guess I went to the wrong side of the register. She said “I just don’t understand people” ?. Ruined my entire experience today.”

“Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! Blessings upon you and your family.”
“As always a convenient option to rent a tool instead of owning it. Can be hit and miss occasionally as some tools may be older and work out, but you should talk to an associate and examine the tool you are renting carefully for any damage or warn blades, etc. One concern is the lines can be long sometimes, too.”
“My preferred Home Depot. The employees were friendly, the store had everything i needed and I was in and out in no time. Can be hard to find these days as new construction is hiding the building and signs. I have been here a few times and still missed it. However, all was well and enjoyable.”

“I went this morning to grab some mulch and staff was extremely helpful. I realized at checkout that my phone was missing. It had been in my cart. Miss Brenda immediately began searching the gardening section where I had been shopping and calling my phone so we could find it. She even reached out to another customer who had been buying mulch at the same time as me and provided me with his contracting business card to see if it accidentally ended up in their cart.
She walked with me to my car to search the parking lot. Eventually Miss Linda found it and let us know. I just really appreciated the genuine kindness and consideration for a customer by both ladies.

“I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”

“Received an unexpected arrangement. It was stunning. Each pedal on every flower was pristine, as were the leaves and greens. They're holding up very well. Since everything was so perfect, I wondered if the arrangement had been gathered from flowers and greenery inside the van then assembled just before reaching the subdivision. Never seen such freshness and beauty.”

I went in feeling very trepidatious about refinishing my deck and fence and left feeling confident in my skills, tools and materials and just...happy? The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge.
