“My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”

“I have worked with these guys on a few different occasions. My phone is a complete pain in the neck. It breaks easily and not very many people are willing to work on it. They give a fair price and honest feedback. I Rely heavily on my phone work. My phone was not ready until after they closed. One of the workers drove the phone to my home after hours to ensure I did not miss work related calls. I am very picky and a very difficult customer to work with. I was highly emotional. They remained calm and guided me through a difficult situation with my phone. I appreciate them very much.”

Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done!
