I arrived with an urgent need for a tux for the next day, and the team delivered above and beyond service and results. Not only did the kind lady help me coordinate the best fit for my boyfriend that late afternoon, but she also ensured it was tailored precisely to him based on measurements provided. They had many options and accessories as well. It was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had!”

“I was very pleased with the selection and fitting processes, The contact person at Nordstrom's at Columbia, Mohamed, was very polite and professional. Obviously the measurements he took were right on. I received the finished suit in about 2 1/2 weeks. I was impressed with the look and fit of my new custom-made suit. When I returned for one minor adjustment, Mohamed was there to coordinate the fix with a Nordstrom's tailor. I am a fan of IndoChino and can recommend them without reservation based on my buying experience.”

“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“Shout out to Ashlee with two “e”’s because she special. I had an event at 7:00pm. I came in, she saw me struggling. Started giving me clothing color combos. Threw my whole outfit together in 15-20 minutes. I was out the door and made it to the gala. Everyone complimented me that night. I will definitely be back for her and her team. Thanks to her team running throughout the store and getting everyone the size’s they suggested fitted us better. We didn’t even have to leave the dressing room, they really live up to the name express. I spent $1500 on 2 suits from indochino and they still dont fit this well! Love ya!”

“I was trying to return a pair of jeans by mail and accidentally mailed Macy’s $300 worth of new bathing suits instead of the jeans. (In my defense, the bags were identical). The manager, Jennifer made the effort to find my number and called me so I didn’t have to figure out my mistake the hard way. Jennifer kept the items safe in her office until I was back from vacation and could pick them up. Her associate Tiffani handled my return of the jeans and she too was very kind and helpful. Good people at the Macy’s in Columbia!”
“The drawers for panties are so overstuffed like Target! It's so bad, that it looks like a teen's drawer at home...unfolded and unorganized. The employees seem to prioritize the table top display, but it's a total jump scare when you open the drawers.
There's no need to put out that much product, if they can't keep it under control.”
“10/10 Customer Service! This visit took place a little over a month ago, but it’s been on my mind since then. I just had to write a review. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate named Ty. I was looking for a delicate blouse to match with my trousers. It was for an upcoming event with my mates abroad. He showed me to the section, and asked me considerate questions about my idea of what I was looking for, and for more details on my event to help me best. He was very friendly, well mannered, and attentive to even the little things.
Checkout process was smooth and seamless. He ended up recommending me a few jewelry selections. Among them was a pair of beautiful earrings that brought out the color in my eyes. I ended up leaving with more than just a blouse; a pair of dainty earrings that matched perfectly with my now completed outfit, a positive mood, and a happy smile. I will be coming back ;).”
