“I highly recommend Hickory Smoke Automotive for their professionalism, efficiency, and competitive pricing. They provided excellent service, and I will certainly return for any future repairs.”
“I did a bunch of front end work and needed an alignment done. Very quick to set up an appointment and the price was wayyyyy better than some of the other shops in the area. It only needed a front end alignment and not all four and they figured this in. HONEST WORK. I love having a straight steering wheel again 😆
Will come back! Thanks”

“Something was wrong with the fender of my car, I searched help from the Sunoco repair shop, they said they don't repair fenders, then recommended Dobbin Auto Body, and kindly added address and phone number, also explained why, which helped me a lot. Thank you!”

“My husband buys gas here almost exclusively on his way home from work. We've been using this station since 1981 despite updating and changing ownership/ management. This station has a very nice clean and well-stocked convenience food store, where you can pick up a snack, a drink, or some staples such as bread, eggs and milk. There's also an effective low-cost car wash. Any points earned at the filling station may be applied to your bill. They may also be used in the convenience food store. My only complaint here is the difficulty getting back on the road from this location. It's not the fault of the gas station, but rather significant changes in the development of the roads around it. I suggest that if you need to make a left turn you make a right turn and then pull into one of many businesses which has a traffic signal so you can circle back safely. The intersection has many accidents, so 2 extra minutes are worth the time.”

“I am absolutely impressed with the man working the booth at this Shell station. I'm working in the area and this is literally my second time I've ever been to this gas station. Before I even told him what I needed he grabbed exactly what I wanted and rang me up. it had been over 2 weeks since I had been here. That is top notch customer service if I've ever seen it. Thank you”
“Never been to a Highs before was a neat mix of a classic diner and an convince gas station. Chicken was good, wedges were good, my breakfast bowl was loaded up good, ice cream selection reminded me of a classic dinner corner store. Staff was very nice at this location. It was just by chance that we stopped by, but this was a pretty cool detour we took and this was a nice suprise.”

“First time here. Really nice staff. Both gentlemen were helpful. Bathrooms clean. Shelves stocked. Hot, fresh tasty pizza. If I didn’t live so far I’d come back more often ?”
“I can no longer drive so I use the pickup for my wife and 90% of the time, there are items not found. This is for coffee, bread and some other items. Also, they have a Kosher isle and they changed some of the things I have purchased in the past they no longer carry. Manischewitz Gefilte fish in the jelly, now they only carry it in water which taste nasty.”

“It's easy to access, and the pumps work well. I've never been in the little store.
The gas is lower quality than the name brands - less detergents and whatnot. But it's correspondingly cheaper.”
“I have been using this service center for many years. The reason I always go back here again and again is that any car work from these people (Marcel and his team) are very genuine and never overcharge like some others. Their costs are always much less than others in Columbia. All the work done is perfect.”

“It's a gas station. Self-service. Easy to find right along Sykesville Road. I don't find the gas prices here to be too high; on the contrary, they're in line with, or slightly lower, than others in the area. In and out, I stop by here every time I pass by.”
“I'm share a positive shout out for this highs convenience store First of all, I really enjoy the fact that highs still serves hand scooped ice cream that's a old fashion luxury you can find in many places evening, so-called ice cream stores that serve soft, serve ice cream This past Sunday, 14 May, Mother's Day, I stopped in there and a gentleman name. Sean greeted me at the door. As I expected, I saw my favorite ice cream flavor and his partner and coworker very artfully. Serve me a scoop of ice cream and treated me like a gentleman. I even inquired around the restroom and they graciously showed me where to find it warning me that one of the restaurants was out of order. I had to pinch myself because I thought I went back in the Time Machine when manners and Customer Service, or something that was common place like maybe three decades are for decades ago”

“Both bathrooms have a baby changing table. Which doesn't seem like a big deal until you're in a bathroom without one. The cashier was also very friendly!”
