“Great customer service!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of a specific type of wire fencing, but was unable to find it at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon. Park Hardware was the only place that could get it for me. I went to Park Hardware on a Tuesday to order it and I picked it up at the store Friday morning just 3 days later. Chris is the gentleman who helped me and he was fantastic. He even provided a much appreciated military discount.”
“I went to Park hardware today and no one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me. When I went to the one associate and asked where drain cleaner was. She told me three different spots to find it, come to find they had none to begin with. Went to Ace Hardware in Severna Park was greeted as soon as I came in. I walked past the first aisle and a nice gentleman came out and asked if I needed anything and he took me right where I needed to go chatted with me for a few Minutes. Great service, fully stocked!”
“Best customer service around. I can use any hardware store if I know what I need to buy, but Costello’s is THE place to go if I ever have a question or know I will need assistance. A couple days ago I had what I would characterize as my “usual” five star experience when I needed some deck refinishing products. Brandy was immensely helpful finding exactly what I needed to include the right accessories, and along with her colleague Jeff, made sure the color was the exact one I was after. Store selection was great as always, prices are fair - sometimes a little more than Home Depot/Lowes but worth it for the stellar customer service! Thanks Brandy! Thanks Ace!!”

“This one has it all! There are two stores fairly close together but this one has everything! The only drawback is the staff members. Not friendly, don’t seem happy with their jobs. Decent selection of sprinklers and parts, (what I was looking for today) plants, especially their outdoor lot selection, loads of grills, great selection of hard flooring and so much more!!”
“My son went to Johnson Lumber to purchase materials for his Eagle Scout Project. The staff were extremely helpful, answering all of my son's questions and giving him advice on how to build his project. “We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”

Next door they have a showroom when day have a great inventoryScrews to expensive piece of equipmentThis is the place where I go when i need safety PPE Tools and anything in-between the customer service is above 5 stars and this goes from Amee from tool repairs to all the guys at the sale desk. All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!”

“***Update*** David you are Awesome. Colony Hardware CO continues to go above and beyond. Again I had a tool issue and they didn't stop until they had answers. David did some great digging on a non-fixable issue with my router table and though he unfortunately did not have a brand resolution from the manufacturer for me but he made some great personal recommendations. I genuinely appreciate that though the issue was small (1/32 of an inch small to be exact) that he went as far as he could to get an answer for me and got back to me right away. That is a dedication to service you rarely find these days. Great company. Keep it up you guys and Thank you so much. *Original Post* My husband and I own a small business making custom wood furniture and anyone who has ever worked in this industry know full well how absolutely important your tools are to your living. I had a reoccurring malfunction on one of my tools and after calling the manufacturer over and over and even returning parts I was completely stumped. I called Colony Hardware CO because the manufacturer said they were the local repair center in my area. I spoke to Wes and we made a plan for me to bring in the entire tool system. It is days before Thanksgiving and 1500, an hour before they close. The entire repair team took me in and we trouble shot this thing until we all learned how to fix it which went far beyond closing time. They understood how important it was for me to have this back and get my builds back on track so they wouldn't give up until they found a solution. It is incredibly hard to find amazing people out there who not only do quality work but still find it in them to keep the human factor in what they do. Amazing work. Thank you”

Like being able to search inventory on price online and seeing exactly which aisle and Bay I can find what I'm going there for. Typical guy, I have a shopping list, I get in I want to get it and get out. The vibe in the store is that the staff genuinely like each other and being at work/helping people. I felt safe asking stupid questions and gained a lot of knowledge. Like, seriously blown away by the staff. The store was also super clean and organized. Just an easy and nice experience!”
“No issues with this store. They have a good stock of items you might need. I like their garden center in the warmer weather. Their app is also good as you can buy online and pick up, scan to see prices in store, and earn rewards which give you $5 off. If you need to spend the money anyway, why not get some back.”
