“I found this shop when searching for a caftan on Etsy. When I saw that the shop was in Virginia and not too far, I decided to stop by in-person. Namia was very welcoming and took the time to show the different items she had. You can find a caftan for any occasion, including bridal ones. She has her items designed and sewn in Morocco. Also the prices are reasonable. I was very happy with my purchases and will continue to come back. I keep in touch with Naima, and she is very responsive. She updates me when she has new collections.”

“Ivan was such a sweet, pleasant guy! He acknowledged my 9-month-old as such a chill, cool baby although he was trying to grab a Warheads pickle amongst other things off a shelf lol. He shared stories about how he also liked sour candies & suggested I buy a Warheads peach soda which I had my eye on. He let me know about the sale they were having that I didn’t know about. My boyfriend & I thoroughly enjoyed our convo w/ Ivan & hope to see him when we visit again. He was like a friend to us.”

“let me just tell you, Jessica is the most wonderful human on this earth! We come from far and not too often but she makes the trip worth it every time! She remembers my family and I and goes above and beyond every time!!! My parents are buckle obsessed and i normally just tag along! Jessica had me walk out this weekend with my first pair of jeans EVER!!!! 26 years jean free she is the only person to have ever made me even willing to try!! she was supportive the whole way through and gave me tons and tons of options!!!! all the staff is so wonderful my family and i always feel so great walking in knowing how welcomed and friendly they are!!! the store is very clean and well kept! they provided the best customer service i have ever seen!”

“Absolutely love this store. The staff are always super helpful, and over the top friendly. They represent amazing customer service. There is a variety of dress clothes and casual clothes. I love the socks as they fit up to a size 13. The graphic t shirts are super cuddly and soft. The pajamas are very soft, wash up nicely. I recommend this store to anyone looking for nice comfortable clothes. I visit at least once every other month, if not more than that.”
“Had a wonderful shopping experience today at AE. The associate Adriana helped me find my perfect jeans and shorts. She informed me that I could buy my jeans on line if my size wasn't in the store and described the process of ordering, my reward points and the amazing benefits of having the rewards and a AE credit card. Our associate that closed our sale at the checkout was helpful too and ordered my jeans for delivery. The management and dressing room staff was amazing too!! Iam a total fan of this store and AE. They have the best quality of jeans, even though Iam older, I always find what I need here and for my kids!! ?”

“Am in MD from another state on an extended visit to care for a sick family member. When taking a break, I wandered into a Talbots while walking around an unfamiliar Annapolis mall. I found one of two sweaters I'd purchased at my local Talbots that I needed to exchange for smaller sizes, and a beautiful coat that was a size too small. Having no coats in the needed size and color in the store, a salesperson hepfully located the coat and the other sweater I wanted to exchange online so I could have them sent to my home. At checkout I realized that the sweaters I'd purchased at my home store had been purchased at a greater discount than at that the current sale. In order to create an even exchange, I went back to the home I'm visiting to retrieve the 2 discounted items. (Are you following this?) 45 minutes later I was back at the store with the 2 sweaters for exchange. At checkout, a different salesperson discovered that both the sweater and the coat were no longer available online. Just 45 min later!! THIS wonderful salesperson volunteered to search Talbots' system for store returns. She quickly located BOTH items in 2 different stores in other states. She called each store. It took a few minutes for employees in each states to physically locate the requested items, but ultimately, the Annapolis employee helped me to secure both items for home deliveries. Talk about service above and beyond!! So very sorry I didn't get the names of these outstanding employees, but grateful that they helped to lift my spirits during this stressful time.”
“I have been purchasing from the G shop for several years now and lady G NEVER disappoints!! Lady G knows what I like and caters to my specific interest and it's a perfect fit. I love the unique styles that I can choose from, styles you will not see anywhere else. I love the way each garment fits as if it's tailor made for me. I have worn clothes for all occasions from The G Shop, I turn heads as I walk in a room and of course the compliments never seas to amaze me. I have been around the world wearing The G shop Fashions and will continue making a fashion statements... people call me fly!”
“The general manager was awesome and went over and beyond to greet her customers. I go into a store and are generally ignored upon greeting and speaking with me. She was able to help me make some clothing choices. I was shopping with my mom in a wheelchair and the general manager did the same thing with my mom. She was able to help my mom find what she was looking for. The rest of her team was very friendly, assisting with the checkout process.
To the powers that be in old navy, you need to copy what the general manager and her staff have done here to use in your other stores.”
“If I could give 100 stars, I promise I would. I did an online order for the first time and desired to pick up in store. I went to the store after work, thinking I could just pick up. There was a younger lady, an older lady and an older gentleman. They were so kind and explained how the process works. I was going to cancel my order since I was there, but the younger lady said I didn’t have to cancel and she went and pulled my dresses. I felt so bad and they were so nice. Now, I fully understand the process of buying online after 3pm. I cannot wait to go back on my payday and grab some more items, because I saw sooooooo many cute things. I wanted to buy up the whole store!”

“I recently visited the Chico’s store in Annapolis Maryland at the harbor center. Upon entering the store a sales associate immediately greeted me and ask me if I needed any assistance just let her know. It caught me off guard because that doesn’t happen anymore in stores. I was looking for something for my sister and cousin. They were so helpful. I was able to get a few items and was even given the current sale promotion price for the clothes and jewelry that I purchased. This was a very great experience for me since I rarely shop for women clothes in a women clothing store. The store manager and sales associate were very helpful, polite and accommodating.
