“Warren could not have been anymore helpful. He didn’t seem to mind the one hundred questions I asked and really made it feel like he was giving a friend advice. I strongly recommend anyone remotely interested in buying bowling equipment, do NOT go anywhere else. They have a huge selection of bowling balls. No one has the inventory that Sure Strike carries. Even the different levels of equipment from beginner to expert. If you’ve never bought your own ball, or you have 50, Warren will have something for you. I will send everyone I know to Sure Strike. Great experience”

Prices are the same as online or other retail stores, and they do offer discounts to some clubs and have a membership program to get further discounts. I appreciate having multiple options for my boys to try across various brands, to determine which shoes work best. I highly recommend!”

“They are always super helpful!I left the above comment a year ago, but wanted to add a new comment. Since that time, I have visit several more times for my 3 lacrosse players. Each time I am met with someone who is more than happy to spend time answering questions. I recently had an issue with a stick that I had restrung and they went above and beyond to get it fixed very quickly so that my daughter could use it for a game.”

As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. “Today I had the true pleasure meeting Ms. Julianna Barrett who professionally handled my many questions and worked with me to find the right shoe for me in my new situation. Total knee replacement coupled with five plus year old orthotics has me in bottom of my foot pain and looking for answers and relief. I tried on four different shoes before settling on the one that provided me noticeably improved balance and stability in comparison. Only time will tell how this works out but having the conversation with Julianna and discussing the variables made this an easy purchase decision. Ask for Julianna when you stop in and know that you are dealing with an expert regarding their entire line”
