“Best customer service. We only get our gear here even when we have to drive 1.5 hours. The guys that string sticks never disappoint. Martin is the nicest guy. The environment inside is relaxed and easy going. 100 out of 10.”

“Soccerpost is great! The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The selection of cleats is large. They have a variety of other clothing items, gloalie gloves, shin guards, balls, and coaching tools. Prices are the same as online or other retail stores, and they do offer discounts to some clubs and have a membership program to get further discounts. I appreciate having multiple options for my boys to try across various brands, to determine which shoes work best. I highly recommend!”

“Buying shoes online is a pain. You order the size you think is right, but it’s not, so you return them, try another side and so on. That’s what I was so happy to find a local place to buy sailing shoes. Not only did they have an incredible variety of shoes, the team who staffs the store was amazingly customer focused and helpful!!”

“I'm new to golf and needed a set to get started. Of course I drop in right before closing and while the US Open is playing LOL. My former neighbor Mark and his coworkers were super helpful and let me try out a few different left handed drivers and irons. Very patient and kind and I left happy and ready to play. I like the small store feel. You aren't just a number here. I'll be back. Oh and I love that I get a bit of time to try these clubs out before being locked in. I can upgrade within 90 days or within a year. What's not to love?”

“Tunnel Vision has been exceptional to work with. Our school’s basketball program recently placed an order with them, and they exceeded every expectation. The communication was clear and consistent, the turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the athletic gear was top-notch. They handled our team order with professionalism, accuracy, and real attention to detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The players and coaches are extremely happy with how everything came out. If you’re looking for a reliable athletics sportswear company that delivers great products and even better service, Tunnel Vision is the way to go. Highly recommended!”

“Although I did not find the goldilocks pair of sneakers I was looking for, the staff Andriana and Matt were so helpful in helping me find a pair of shoes for my problem feet. Matt spent time helping me find a good fit after I left with a pair that wasn't fitting right. Amazing service and personal attentiveness and very kind and knowledgeable about shoes. I wish I could have found my dream pair of shoes, but it just wasn't in the cards for me. I returned a pair that I had got over the weekend and they gave me no problems about giving me a full refund. I appreciate the time they spent with me and hopefully they will be able to assist you in finding your new favorite shoes. Best of luck to you all!”

“Mike is a natural teacher and master of his trade. He is patient and generous with his knowledge. When discussing tanks and their inspections requirements he showed me examples of safe tanks and cross-sections of failed tanks and explained how failures happen and ways to minimize the likelihood of failures happening.Mike is transparent and meticulous with his maintenance procedures which gives me full confidence in his work. I rented and subsequently purchased a tank from him and I will definitely be returning for fills, gear, and continued learning.”

“My mother and I had a great customer experience at this New Balance store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keegan recommended the 990s for my mother who suffers from an arthritic knee. He was patience and helped her try on several different styles until she got the correct shoe. Thanks Keegan and the rest of the staff, you all are great!”

“We went here for a kid's birthday party and had a great experience. The staff were all helpful and the children had fun when they interacted with them and led the games. Also, the items on sale were reasonably priced. Thinking of going back for my son's birthday.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them. He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world. Give this guy a raise — he’s a rockstar!”

Gave me so many options and im glad I didn't leave because im a smaller size than I thought. Thanks Kim at Annapolis location! Made me feel so comfortable”

“Unexpectedly went into the store thanks to my non-verbal daughter. She/we were helped by Micah R. I want to give him a huge shout out for not treating my daughter any differently because of her disability. He was patient and understood what she needed. I want to thank him for being so kind to her and my family. Parents of special needs kids don’t always get that level kindness and understanding without strange looks or avoidance. Thank you Micah R!!”

“I was very pleased with my experience shopping for running shoes here. After explaining what I was looking for and some problems I've been having with pain due to running, Ashley, the employee that assisted me, offered me some recommendations on shoes that would fit my needs. When I realized, after buying the shoes, that they weren't the correct size, I was helped by the same woman in the same helpful, efficient manner. Definitely recommend shopping here!”
