“I was visiting Annapolis from California and was looking to replace a rain jacket I had bought at the Annapolis Helly Hansen years ago when I lived there. The lining on the inside was flaking all over my clothes. When I mentioned this to the gentleman at the store, he offered to replace it with a new jacket! All I had to do was pay the difference in price, which was $30!! I was so appreciative to say the least! I also bought a new jacket for my daughter as well! Top notch company and customer service!!”

Staff was very helpful and nothing was a problem, even showed me what I was doing wrong on my swing, they had the 2 hybrid clubs I was looking for to complete my set and prices were good. “Thee best location I’ve been to! The store was huge (2 levels) and extremely neat. They had exactly what I was looking for which wouldn’t be possible without the help of the kind employees. He walked with me to compared 2 elbow braces while I FaceTimed my partner to make the final selection. The store associate was so patient and kind. I appreciated it so much. After making the final selection, I was able to checkout with a very kind cashier. Luckily no one was behind me in line because he and I sparked up a good conversation about prescription eyewear lol. It had nothing to do with my purchase but I genuinely enjoyed our conversation on this random weekday morning. Great job guys. You made the 40mim drive to this store worth it.”

When discussing tanks and their inspections requirements he showed me examples of safe tanks and cross-sections of failed tanks and explained how failures happen and ways to minimize the likelihood of failures happening.Mike is transparent and meticulous with his maintenance procedures which gives me full confidence in his work. I rented and subsequently purchased a tank from him and I will definitely be returning for fills, gear, and continued learning.”

“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. I decided to try on a sweatshirt while others were checking out in front of me and Shaye immediately stepped in to advise me on the right size and proceeded to give my toddler a sticker. She was so happy! Then, another sweet associate rang me up and on our way out, Shaye gave my daughter a special bag and even helped her put it on her shoulders. It was a wonderful experience..and of course great quality.”
