“I’ve been banking w Democracy for over twelve years. I don’t go inside often, but when I have, I’ve not experienced any of the awful things some reviewers state, except long lines and waits (that happens occasionally at even the best of establishments). Whenever, I have met with an employee, the FCU representative has been effective, professional and polite. Now, about the answering of phone calls, I must say, there does seem to be a problem. However, I often ask for a callback and always receive one promptly by a very courteous representative, never anyone rude or obnoxious.”
