“My mother and I had a wonderful shopping experience at Old Navy today, all thanks to an employee named Jeylin. Finding the right sizes and styles can sometimes be overwhelming for my mom as she’s a non native speaker, but Jeylin went above and beyond to help her out. She was eager to assist. She helped me locate exactly what I was looking for and made great recommendations with a positive, friendly attitude. Very kind young lady, did everything she could and more!”

“04/01/2025-I have not been inside Marshall’s since Covid 2019. I dropped in to browse the aisles and unwind, looking shoes, a ? dress or outfit to perform in, and pants for office wear! I found the same trendy clothing and styles in Marshall’s to reflect the same merchandise inventory to match Burlington’s! Now I did notice that the prices at Burlington were a little bit more affordable for my pockets. * Same style dresses and all. I enjoyed my browse! I ended up buying a pair of light blue rewash, classic rise A Line blue jeans! *$19.99 and some herbal teas! I am excited! I enjoyed myself-browsing! I had fun, a good wholesome fashion experience!”
“The staff at the Columbia Heights store location are wonderful. I don’t shop at Old Navy often but I went in October 2025 looking for an item to complete a Halloween costume and a member of the staff was so kind and helpful asked to see a photo of the inspiration and she immediately brought me to a few great options and I found the perfect shorts. Then the next week when I came back to return the items that I didn’t end up using, the same employee was in the store, remembered me and asked to see the completed costume. Went back in June 2026 to return a few items I bought online and both the women working at the counter were so kind and helpful to all the guests despite there being a long line, they made the experience so pleasant.”
“Much cheaper than shopping in the UK but not many bargains / reduced items (its still $130+ for a shirt unless it's on the reduced rail). There are some pretty jazzy options if that's your thing.”

“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

Update: I went back the next day and they fixed the issue. The cashier the day before didn’t do his job well. Problem solved!”

“Fast and easy shopping experience! The store was well organized, with clearly separated departments that made it easy to find exactly what I needed. The clothing was neatly displayed, and the prices were very reasonable.
My only minor complaint is that some sizes had a limited selection of clothing. However, this is one of the cleanest Burlington stores I've visited. Best of all, there were no checkout lines, which made the entire trip quick and convenient.
Highly recommend this location for a stress-free shopping experience!”

“Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”
“My experience wasn’t bad. I went uniform shopping for my granddaughter and they had the uniforms out . There was a few employees walking around NO ONE said hello or asked to assist me but more about thinking someone is shoplifting.”

“Came to get school uniforms for my toddler, Store was clean, well organized and the store clerk friendly and helpful. Uniforms were reasonably priced and clerk informed me of future price increase from the FrenchToast Uniform company. Will return again for future uniform and child apparel needs.”
