“This 5 star is for the restrooms!! I am only here to Shout out to Nakeva who cleans the restrooms with so much care and respect. She kindly asked me to give her a few minutes and I waited patiently cuz it’s nothing better than a freshly sterilized public bathroom! She instructed me which bathroom stall was ready! She didn’t have me wait till she was done with the entire restroom. You can tell she took her role seriously. She deserves a raise for her dedication to keeping those restrooms clean while respecting the urgency of having to use public restrooms. It’s more than likely the cleanest part of this Giant. I come to this giant only to utilize my Upside rewards. The cashiers are usually friendly and supportive during your check out.”

“walked in looking for an item. Young lady working the register told me that BJ the manager could help me out since she was new and wasn’t 100 percent sure. I greatly appreciate she was honest and pointed me in the right direction. When in talked to BJ he was very helpful and polite. He didn’t see the item on the floor so he went in the back to check and came back with the item. Then when he was at the register he showed why he’s manager. He was solving issues and helping customers all why training the young lady on the gift cards. Awesome job!”
