“Jessie and Karen were excellent in helping me get a home equity loan for the addition I needed to put on my home. They were the best option in my opinion. I checked with a few others. The process to me seemed easier then some I have had in the past. They helped me achieve my financial goal or else I would not been able to do it. I recommend them! “It’s has been my Bank of America to go to as far as I can remember. The customer service is great. The staff take time to understand your needs and direct your problems to the right people. Their manager is the greatest. She is never too busy to pencil in your problems and see how she can help.”
“Had good service, nice clean helpful staff. Parking lot was full, including much needed handicapped space but there were only about 6 people in the bank at this time. Where did all the people go? Wheelchair entrance needed.”
“Safe since a Security Officer is on site. The banking institution is very good. Tellers are polite and helpful. The only drawback is I would not use the ATM after closing. The neighborhood is not too safe.”
“After my mom passed, Thomas was a gem, walking me through the process of opening an estate account. I was so pleased with the service, I decided to return and open a checking account with them. I will be returning to see Thomas to open accounts for my kids as well(I accidently called him Thompson, and now that is what I call him. Very nice personable guy). “Opened a business account at the Merritt blvd branch. Called dsy before and spoke to Bryan. He suggested to come in the following day at 2pm. I got there at 157pm, was greeted at the door and at 2pm sitting in his office. He was very professional and set up everything as quick as possible. We discussed type of accounts and there was no upsale push at all. I appreciated the excellant customer service.”
