“I stopped by this M&T Bank branch with a $20 bill that was about a quarter of the way torn. I honestly wasn't sure if they'd be able to help me out, especially since I don't even bank with them!
The incredibly nice women working at the counter chatted with each other for a moment about it, and to my pleasant surprise, they gladly took it and handed me a crisp, fresh $20 bill in exchange. Outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to a non-customer. Thank you! ???✨”

“I am new to TD Bank. I opened a checking account online and downloaded their app. After a couple days I couldn't access most tons on the app so I went to the Essex branch and Jaime assisted me. I had to show my driver's license and she had to request the main office to release my account so I waited a couple days and I still couldn't access anything so I went back and spoke with Jaime again and she said it was suspected identity theft so she had to get on the phone with main office for a good 30 mins and finally got it straightened out I spent in total a good hour with her. The whole time she was very friendly and apologetic with me. They are very compassionate about keeping there customers accounts safe and secure. I will definitely refer other people to TD Bank.
