“Best post office in the city. I don't live in the neighborhood and there's 3 POs closer to me but I still only go to this one. The clerk who was here on 4/14 dealing with the Tax Day crowd was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional.”
“This post office has one of the most friendly staff that I've seen in years. They helped me after an extraordinary horrible experience at the Golden Ring Road location.
The staff was friendly, polite, courteous, but most importantly RESPECTFUL to me and others.
I did bring up one thing and that was the parking lot. The lot needs to be redone as the yellow line which was faded is supposed to accentuate stepping up. I didn't see it and it caused me to fall. A customer coming out asked if he could help me up which I declined. I brought that to their attention while inside.”
“I would like to get a big shout out to Miss Brittany Postal Service at Clifton location help me to retrieve a package her professionalism was A1 10 across the boards I was able to retrieve my package had not been for her professionalism I would have never got that package a big thank you to her in the Postal Service she went beyond her job thank you Miss Brittany and my regular postal lady Miss Kendra she always look out for all the people in my building above and beyond”

“Wow The service I received at this Post Office from Service rep Destiny was amazing and so helpful 87+ years ago old I am really thankful for her help with a pkg that I was trying to return”
“Passport appt: I dont think it could have gone better. We did arrive with all required documents and copies, that likely helped. Pictures for kids went smooth especially given that the 2yo wasnt used to taking pics. Personnel working today were professional and ...... I just couldn't imagine it have gone any better, so 5 stars it is. Be prepared and you will be best set up for success, is my advice.”
“The staff is fantastic! I have interacted with Brent and Dee on many occasions. They are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish all of the Postal Service employees were that way. Especially the ones that deliver my mail.”
“I find this post office very professional and caring keeping customers moving through their business. I moved to this post office box in Perry Hall from my original community due to problems with fraud, and my mail has been secure since.
Every time I have been helped whether by Cynthia, Bonnie or Tabitha I have always felt their knowledge and capabilities were quite obvious. When they were on vacation, Anton was the substitute and he was every bit as helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Whatever goes on in this office they strive to make changes and difficulties as seamless as possible. I am greatly relieved I came here.
One last thought: In our current society plagued by fraud, I will never again trust an outdoor mailbox no matter where it is. That is where my fraud came from.”
“I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.”

“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

“I recently visited the USPS Highlandtown location for the first time, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient and close to my house. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and despite the time, the staff was incredibly helpful.
Dominic, the lady who assisted me, was very friendly and patient. I had a few questions about mailing, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and even educated me on the proper way to handle my mail. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out.
Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Dominic, for your excellent service!”

“I spoke to Ms. Tonya who is a gem. We lost almost 800 dollars of invites after we mailed them from a post office in Perry Hall area. After 28 days, no one has gotten any of the 70ish envelopes we mailed. She was kind and sympathetic and is walking somewhere to talk to others to see if she can find any info. Plus, the phone was answered on the second ring by a real person. Even if she can’t find the invites, she made me feel better lol. Thank you for listening & being so nice.”

“I went in to get a book of stamps. The line was long, but moved quickly. The manager came out and helped move things along, which was awesome. The 2 ladies were kind & professional. Great location and parking. When I have to go to the Post Office, I typically visit this location and it’s always a good experience. I figured , I’d finally leave a positive review!”
“I use the U.S. Postal Service at least several times per week. Occasionally, I use Window services for purchasing postage stamps and or money orders. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and efficient”

“I always have a great time when I go to this USPS. They are always polite and helpful when I have questions. But I was especially thankful to one of the ladies who worked there who helped me with the passport application process, who explained the process and pointed out things that could've become potential issues. I corrected those mistakes, and received my passport renewal within a couple of weeks. I sadly did not catch her name but I am very thankful for her help.”
“Don't do what I did, I went here to ship a package without checking the shipping label. It was a UPS shipping label so I had to go to the UPS store instead. Embarrassing.”
“I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.”
“I went to this office to get my daughter's passport. I was helped by a man with bushy hair (I think he is between 45 and 55 years old), he was very kind to me and my daughter who had special needs. This man made the whole process super friendly and with a professionalism that is hard to find these days. I would have liked to ask his name to thank him through this post. ?”

“When I moved to Baltimore I stopped by (being the closest to my home), got a PO Box. The person there that helped me was friendly and did a good job. Had to stop by a couple of weeks later to do an identity verification, same thing - service was great. Every experience I've had there has been positive.”
“Their customer service is great. They are always friendly and helpful. They are usually busy but they take the time with each customer so please be patient while waiting in line.”

“Best post office around by far! The employees that provide customer service have been the same for years, and they are always courteous and helpful! I notice some people are reviewing the post office because “they aren’t getting their mail”, that should be a review for the entire USPS and NOT just our local post office! These workers do what they can as efficiently as they can with what they have, USPS goes way beyond this office…”
“I don't know why the reviews here are low, but I just came here today and the lady who served me was very polite, direct, helpful, and did not waste my time. I respect how they work hard and take things seriously. That to me sounds professional.”

“My call with Mrs. Gilliam today was so nice. She really showed kindness and empathy. Her kind demeanor and compassion compelled me to want to write a review to show how much the time she took and her kind words were appreciated. She was also very professional and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Her leadership is also seen in those she manages. The staff are all delightful.”

“I came from the Post Office on Camp Meade Rd after a very frustrating experience earlier the same day. The other location was dirty, disorganized, and the employee at the counter refused to properly enter or verify the full address for my package — an address I ship to frequently with no issues anywhere else. Instead of troubleshooting, he insisted the address “wasn’t in the system” and processed my refund as a money order instead of returning it to my card. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.
The Brooklyn/Curtis Bay location was the complete opposite.
As soon as I arrived, the staff member took the time to enter the entire address correctly, verified the details with me, and immediately found what the other location claimed didn’t exist. He was patient, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. The package was processed quickly and without a single issue.
The difference between the two branches was night and day. Brooklyn/Curtis Bay turned a stressful situation into a smooth, positive one, and their professionalism deserves recognition.
If you are interested the area, just drive a little further and use this branch from now on. It will save you the headache.”
“All I can say is, WOW, what a hidden gem. A pharmacy that serves as a liquor store, gift shop, and bar? It's an interesting combination that makes it a fun place to visit. The liquor selection is actually pretty decent and I was able to find a few hidden gems at a very good price here, as were many of my friends. I also checked out The Fountain, which is small bar with a classic 1980s (and older) vibe. There were some rare, allocated whiskies available for tastings at a reasonable price, around $10 for an ounce. I'm sure their menu changes occasionally but it's a solid bar to visit to try something nice. My group also ordered the turkey sandwich that came with chips. It was a reasonably good sandwich, though nothing outstanding. They seemed to have some interesting pies, but I didn't have time to try those. Here, it's definitely about the whiskies and vibe. Can't wait to come back again.”
