Even as Abby was helping a gentleman, she apologized for the wait, not that she needed to. I was the only other person in line and had only been there a minute or two. I appreciated her attention and awareness of other customers, though. The other employee was helping a lady who seemed a little confused about her sending options, and Abby was able to give her input to help while still working with her own customer. When it was my turn at the register, she again apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Which, again, it was not a long wait at all. My drop off was a very quick and smooth interaction. Abby was polite and respectful, and it is employees like her that keep me always going back to this UPS location whenever it is an option.”

I spoke with 2 ladies who were very professional and nice on the phone to when I Delivered 2 vehicles on
Wed 11 /20 /25 8am and I pulled in I was attended to right away by Justin who was getting a call on the radio at the very time I was pulling in to where I needed to park vehicles... That was very impressive !!!!!
Everyone was paying attention and working together .. I literally was in and out in 20 minutes with paperwork signed and 10 minutes of that was because of me walking back to get the 2nd car ....
