“Discovered Joe Hudson's Collision Center when Travelers took over an accident claim. Talked to Lisa, she got the process started. Initiating the contract, assisted in working out issues between the tow truck company and the insurance company so they could even start work on the truck, to holding my hand through the entire stressful process. She was always very responsive, keeping me informed, answering all questions honestly, without any fluff. Everett, the estimator took over from there. Both the front end and the bed of our pickup truck was badly damaged. A couple replacement parts caused delays but Everett stayed focus until the job was done. The final result, our truck looks brand new. Five stars for the professional and friendly interaction between the customer (me) and the staff (Lisa and Everett). Excellent body work. Beautiful paint job. Highly recommend!”
