“I’m giving a shoutout and huge “Thank You” to manager, Will, Liam and Erica.My mom purchased an outdoor heater online. I picked it up today but it had been damaged in previous transport. Not their fault though.Since they had sold out of the one my mom purchased, Will offered me the floor model and made sure I could take it with me right then. I have a small car so, obviously it wouldn’t fit without dismantling the floor model. These 3 employees certainly held true in the Customer satisfaction guarantee! Liam took time and care to dismantle the unit and figured out a way to get it into my little car. Will was helping Liam and multitasking with his job as manager at the same time. Erica made sure my needs as a customer were met all while keeping a smile with a professional and friendly attitude. These days, it’s not easy to find such personalized customer service soooo…. Thank you Tractor Supply! Kudos on hiring the folks that make sure your customers are happy… even when they dismantle a floor model to make that happen! I will always be a loyal customer, especially at your Huntingtown location!”

“My wife and I pulled 3 cards from the angel tree at church. I got elected to do the shopping for theaeb3 poor kids. One was 8 one was 5 and the other 13yo. I had no idea where anything was. I see a store employee and ask for help. Her name is Barbara H. She said wait a minute went and clicked out. She then proceeded to walk around for a half hour helping me get all the items on these kids with list. She could of just pointed areas out but no she took me to each area and helped me find the things the kids wanted. Employees like that are very hard to find. .
