“As always, Cindy is there when you need her! Although she moved from Waugh Chapel to Edgewater, I'm glad she's still close by to get packages out -- I had 7 items that needed boxes, packaging materials, & shipping. She takes a lot of care with our items and goes over all shipping options. I'm more than happy to support this small business!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service I get every time I visit this store in Edgewater. I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy, the owner, on my last visit and had to tell her how much I appreciated being treated with such care and professionalism. I had an issue with my large packages and she helped me out and even followed up with me the next day!!! That kind of service is rare these days.”

“I needed ro send my daughter a really important family history document that was delicate and 10 pages long. They carefully scanned it and emailed it to her. They were very kind and professional. My daughter was thrilled.”
