“Good experience here today dropping off a FedEx package for my Etsy shop. They scanned my package and I received a text acknowledgement just minutes later. Drop location is at the Photo counter inside the Walgreens. Nice to have both FedEx and UPS drop locations at the same shopping center!”

I visited the store in Annapolis that day for assistance with my documents, between approximately 12:10pm, and the staff member who assisted me, named Conrad, was exceptionally professional, patient, and efficient. He carefully guided me through the process and ensured everything was handled properly, which gave me great peace of mind. During a particularly busy and stressful period for me, his kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. It was a wonderful experience, and I am very grateful for his help. “I am handicap and each time I am coming to UPS I park my car by the store because I have very difficulty to walk. Sukh always ran out and take my packages and tell let me do it for you. He comes back with the receipt and helps me to sit in my car. Honestly I have no idea how I should thank him for all these kindness! He is very valuable employee that store has! “I have been going to this fedex since 2019. I overnight my packages every week. I have never had a lost package go out at this facility. Im not sure why people are saying they are rude. I haven't met one rude employee yet. They know my name when I walk in and always stop to greet me when I walk in. I wouldn't go to any other fedex but this one.”
