“Visited this location recently to transfer data from and old phone to a new phone since I wasn't confident in doing it on my own. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mae. She was very professional and was able to service me and another customer at the same time. She was patient and explained the process thoroughly. I was in and out within an hour. She even tried to get my bill lowered since I've been a customer for 12+ yrs. Very thoughtful and personable. I skipped past another location just to come here and they did not disappoint.
