“We had a fantastic experience with Mani! She was so helpful and cheerful and very, very patient. My daughter and I were both switching up to newer models and transferring our info to the newer models took long. She did not make us feel rushed at all. Just so sweet!”
“Always been a great store for electronics of all sorts. Prices are high to reasonable. Great electronic sales when they advertise. Fast in store customer service. Name brand electronics. What they have that are sold out that you want and need and need. They will order it for you. Great place to shop.”
“To whomever is in charge my husband and I had an Awesome experience with helping us to have his service cleaned. Alana was extremely Courteous, Profesional and Patient dealing with us. If we could we would give her 20 stars. She deserves a Raise and Promotion!!.”
“Toni Brown helped me buy a new phone and she was very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid when I didn’t understand some things. And we chatted through the setup and it was very pleasant instead of tedious. Then when I came back to turn my old phone in, she saved me from an unpleasant coworker.”
“I honestly don't know how to thank the employees of this store enough. They didn't sooo much time Ruth me. Their customer service went well beyond just providing me with service, they truly cared about my welfare and showed genuine concern. I am forever indebted to these employees. I highly recommend this store,”

“I spent time at AT&T, Owings Mills Maryland on August 22, 2026. My representative was Daryl R. I appreciated this interaction very much. Daryl was knowledable, patient and single minded. Single minded, meaning, his only intent was to ensure that I, the customer was satisfied. I had a number of questions and transactions, which were all handled to complete satisfaction. Thank you, Daryl, and to Daniel the manager.”
