Many options were available and, unlike the flowers and plants at some big name hardware stores, the flowers and plants were adequately watered, not wilted and dying. The owner was also a pleasure to meet and chat with. It was my first time shopping there yesterday, but certainly not my last.”

“I always find what I'm looking for at Lowe's and the employees are very nice. I love the way it looks in there. Always, so inviting and very easy on the eyes. On Halloween, they had a skeleton wearing a Lowe's vest sitting at a desk, which I found hilarious. It must work the graveyard shift.”
“We visited Castle Wholesalers in Baltimore to purchase a bathroom vanity. After the purchase, we decided to get a different style that was available from their New Jersey location (Home Surplus). The return was easy, and the transfer from New Jersey went very quickly. The staff were very friendly, accommodated our changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The vanity was quality-built and better than expected. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for cabinets, vanities, and doors. I wish they had more of the products that are available at their New Jersey locations as it would be nice to see the available options first.”

I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. “Nice store, kind of a pain in the behind to get into during traffic due to the location at the entrance of 295. Clean and well stocked/labeled. I'm not sure if it was just today, but everyone seemed miserable being there, no smiles, no hello, very unfriendly and abrupt. Did not feel welcomed. I'll shop here again, give them another chance.”

“This store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.”
