Many options were available and, unlike the flowers and plants at some big name hardware stores, the flowers and plants were adequately watered, not wilted and dying. “We visited Castle Wholesalers in Baltimore to purchase a bathroom vanity. After the purchase, we decided to get a different style that was available from their New Jersey location (Home Surplus). The return was easy, and the transfer from New Jersey went very quickly. The staff were very friendly, accommodated our changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The vanity was quality-built and better than expected. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for cabinets, vanities, and doors. I wish they had more of the products that are available at their New Jersey locations as it would be nice to see the available options first.”

“My wife sent me to Lowe’s in search of a snake plant. I had no idea of what I was looking for lol. When I got to the store I was met by Ms Maxine in the Garden Center. She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. “Eric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest you’ll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer.I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. CANT THANK THESE PEOPLE ENOUGH!!!!!”

“This store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.”
